We currently ship across New Zealand.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during public holidays or due to courier delays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We may offer free shipping on orders above a specified amount during promotions.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
